McDonald's in Bautzen

Was there for the first time, the food was good and it was quick, friendly service

The waiting time is usually very long. Staff is friendly.

Since it has been renovated it is now very comfortable and eating at Mc's is very tasty

My wife and I went to pick up food for a total of 4 adults and 2 children. In the happy meals there were no toys, squeezes or ice cream. And a double cheesburger didn't find its way into our pockets. Stress or not (there wasn't much going on) ... we keep coming back and something is missing every time. Incomprehensible and unacceptable.

Unfriendly and you are not allowed in at least half an hour before you are in, although at the moment only pick-up is possible and the drive in continues

Something was forgotten in the past, but hasn't happened in ages. Staff is friendly. The place is actually always clean when people don't behave like wild boars in front of you. Nevertheless, I would always check bags before you first notice at home that something is missing. If something has been forgotten, you can actually go back in and get it without any problems. Food is usually good, except for the good old green tomato every now and then. When ordering online, there are seldom problems with the order.

Time and again, half is simply forgotten or not even noticed. The scoreboard has been broken for months and nobody cares. If you don't check immediately, you've really lost. Staff totally unfriendly and sometimes unable to occupy a normal burger. Half of the cheese is only on it (even if you order it twice), tomatoes also look good under the pig. In general, the order looks like it's been on a roller coaster. This branch of McDonalds is not recommended. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

DriveInn ad seldom to ... understand bad things. Very clean compared to other McDonalds.

After we had ordered 45 minutes in advance, we got our order after another 15 minutes standing in the drive-in. When it was opened, various parts were missing and our drinks also tasted like detergent. We will never eat there again. That was underground even for McDonalds

I liked the food, the staff was friendly, and under the circumstances the hygiene measures were implemented in an acceptable manner. The only thing with a friend who accompanied us was a crumpled napkin in her freshly opened burger pack, which none of the employees could explain 🤷🏻‍♀️

Is really great staff ... only they had done my favorite citizen wrong ... but then they gave me the wrong citizen and even gave me a free ice cream I think that's just a good thing, as an excuse I gave the mc donalds employee my last 2 €. because I just didn't want to go into such great trouble😞🙃

Quickly and nicely served. Attention was drawn to menus and thus money was saved. Good, good 👍

With 8 out of 10 orders within half a year something is forgotten. I can imagine that in a big city with evening business, but in a dump like Bautzen, with 20 people in the shop and what feels like 30 employees, I don't understand. But that has only happened since this new ordering system was installed. I know that this rating doesn't change anything, but somehow you have to hold onto that, especially with the skyrocketing prices in recent years.

I have known this branch for a number of years and have been quite satisfied so far ... But not only because the prices of various products have increased, the quality has deteriorated significantly. The soft ice cream is like a water ice cream and there is no longer a salad on the burgers ... I am happy to pay more as long as the end product fits. This was clearly not the case here ...

We waited 20 minutes for our order. In the end it turned out that it went under. We got it and a free ice cream as an excuse. But they should really plan better.

Friendly staff, quick processing. Only the machines to order yourself were very stubborn. One did not go at all, the other only with extra strong touch and the third did not want to finish processing our order. Only after our advice were they disinfected again, because they were all pretty full of fingerprints.

Not very tasty ... was on the way to another place ... me and the rest of my family was thereafter only bad ... Ws may be tasty if you have dog ... but it is not really worth it ... So you better drive a bit further

I like this place. First of all it is close to highway but not too close. The surroundings are quite nice. Clean outside and inside. A lot of plants - trees, bushes and grass. I was there early in the morning and it seems to be quiet place. Second of all they serve (as all around Germany) vegetarian burgers. I like meat but not the meat from McDonald's. Vegetarian burgers... I'm lovin it. I think they are not as healthy as burgers made at home but they are way healthier than anything else at that restaurant.
